Before scheduling, ask your insurance provider:
Your rate depends on your insurance plan, deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance. You are responsible for applicable co-payments, co-insurance, and costs incurred before your deductible is satisfied.
If you don't have insurance, or your insurance doesn't cover the mental-health services you are seeking, you can use the private-pay option. We offer a sliding fee scale based on household income to make therapy more accessible.
If Urgent Care Counseling does not accept your insurance, we may provide a 1500 form for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We will happily provide you with a superbill for Out Of Network benefits. You will submit
this on your behalf to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or if you cancel without notifying us at the offices of Richard Fincke, LMHC, at Urgent Care Counseling, LLC, at least 24 hours in advance,
You will be required to pay a $70 cancellation fee.

The No Surprise Fee Contract and Consent for Treatment must be signed before your appointment.
